An x111d account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. x111d reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant account balances, commencing after the initial twelve-month dormancy period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
